摘要:
A cover layer (23) of a fleece material for an innerspring unit (20) comprising a plurality of pocketed springs (29) is manufactured by supplying at least two longitudinal fleece webs (24, 25), which extend substantially parallel in a longitudinal direction and are spaced from one another, and repeatedly attaching a transverse fleece web (26, 27), which extends between the longitudinal fleece webs (24, 25) in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, to the longitudinal fleece webs (24, 25). The transverse fleece web segments (26, 27) are attached to the longitudinal fleece webs (24, 25) such that they form together with the longitudinal fleece webs (24, 25) a framelike structure (21) serving as the cover layer (23).
技术问题语段:
The technical problem addressed in this patent is to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a cover layer for an innerspring unit that allows for independent response of each individual spring in the unit, while also reducing the amount of fleece material used and the manufacturing cost. The cover layer is made from a fleece material or nonwoven fabric and is attached to the innerspring unit using a frame-like structure. The method involves supplying longitudinal and transverse fleece webs, repeatedly attaching the transverse fleece webs to the longitudinal fleece webs to form a frame-like structure, and then cutting the frame-like structure to a desired width and length. The cover layer is then attached to the innerspring unit using adhesive.
技术功效语段:
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for manufacturing a cover layer for an innerspring unit. The cover layer is made from a fleece material or nonwoven fabric and is designed to have a response that is independent from adjacent springs. The method allows for the manufacturing of the cover layer with a reduced amount of fleece material and in a fully automated process. The cover layer is attached to the innerspring unit by repeatedly attaching transverse fleece webs to longitudinal fleece webs. The invention provides an improved innerspring unit with a more uniform response of the individual springs.
