CLAIMS 1. Process for making up the skin (P), comprising the step that consists in forming, on a deposit of a foundation composition (1) applied to the skin (P), a discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) of corrective composition and/or a deposit of corrective composition (81) comprising visible substances (4) that give it an inhomogeneous appearance, the said corrective composition having optical properties that locally modify the appearance of the makeup so as to create a pattern reproducing the appearance of skin relief and/or colour heterogeneities. 2. Process according to Claim 1 , a deposit of corrective composition (81) comprising visible substances (4) being formed on the foundation composition (1). 3. Process according to either of Claims 1 and 2, a deposit of corrective composition (81) comprising visible substances (4) being formed on the foundation composition (1). 4. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) comprising islets that are touching and islets that are separate. 5. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) comprising a first region (30) and a second region (31), the islets (2) present in the first (30) and second (31) regions differing in at least one of their appearance characteristics, the islets (2) especially differing in their colour and/or mean size and/or density and/or shape and/or gloss. 6. Process according to the preceding claim, two different corrective compositions, especially of different colour, being present in the first (30) and second (31) regions. 7. Process according to either of the two preceding claims, the first region (30) having an islet density greater than that of the second region (31) and the first region (30) being on the cheeks and the second region (31) being in the periocular area or on the forehead. 8. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the corrective composition being coloured and preferably comprising a red dye. 9. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the islets (2) and/or visible substances (4) having a colour difference ΔΕ in the CIELab space of greater than or equal to 1 and especially 3, with the colour of all or part of the deposit of foundation composition (1). 10. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) having all or some of the following characteristics: a) the islets (2) having a mean size between 0.05 mm and 3 mm, preferably between 0.1 mm and 1.5 mm and particularly preferably between 0.3 mm and 0.9 mm, and/or b) the mean distance separating two adjacent islets (2) being between 0.25 mm and 20 mm, preferably between 0.5 mm and 5 mm and particularly preferably between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm, and/or c) the discontinuous deposit (20) comprising at least 5, preferably at least 10, preferably at least 30 and particularly preferably at least 100 islets (2). 11. Process according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, the visible substances (4) having a mean size of between 0.5 mm and 2.5 mm. 12. Process according to any one of Claims 1 to 1 1, the corrective composition being a particulate and especially fibrous composition. 13. Process according to any one of Claims 1 to 1 1, the corrective composition being in fluid form during its application, the said corrective composition: a) comprising visible substances (4), especially fibres, and/or b) comprising a volatile solvent, especially a hydrocarbon-based volatile solvent such as ethanol, acetone, isopropanol, propanol, dimethyl ether, methyl ethyl ether, diethyl ether, and/or a hydrocarbon-based volatile oil as chosen from linear or branched Cs-Ci6 alkanes, for example: isododecane, isodecane, isohexadecane; a decane, dodecane or tetradecane, or an undecane/tridecane mixture and/or linear or cyclic silicone volatile oils, especially those with a viscosity of less than or equal to 8 centistokes (cSt) (8x 10"6 m2/s) and especially containing from 2 to 10 silicon atoms, for example: decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane, dodecamethylpentasiloxane or polydimethylsiloxanes, and mixtures thereof, and/or c) being in the form of a multi-phase and especially a two-phase composition, one of the phases especially being transparent. 14. Process according to either of Claims 12 and 13, the fibres present in the corrective composition having all or some of the following characteristics: a) the fibres have a length of between 1 μιη and 10 mm and preferably between 0.5 and 5 mm, and/or b) the fibres have a cross section inscribed in a circle with a diameter of between 10 μιη and 1000 μιη, and/or c) the fibres produce at least one optical effect, especially in terms of colour and/or gloss and/or relief. 15. Process according to either of Claims 12 and 14, the foundation composition (1) and the corrective composition being applied simultaneously to the skin (P) so as to form the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) and/or the deposit of corrective composition (81) comprising visible substances (4) that give it an inhomogeneous appearance. 16. Process according to any one of Claims 1 to 14, comprising the steps consisting in: a) applying a foundation composition (1) to the skin, and b) applying to the foundation composition (1) the corrective composition so as to form the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) and/or the deposit of corrective composition (81) comprising visible substances (4) that give it an inhomogeneous appearance. 17. Process according to the preceding claim, the corrective composition being initially applied to the foundation (1) in the form of a continuous deposit (70) and the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) being obtained via a surface tension phenomenon. 18. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets being obtained by applying an electric and/or magnetic field and/or an excess pressure after the corrective composition has been applied to the surface to be made up, especially to the foundation deposit (1). 19. Process according to any one of Claims 1 to 18, the application of the corrective composition, especially during step b), being performed with an applicator (40) comprising an application surface (41) that comes into contact with the surface to be made up, especially the foundation deposit (1), and: a) the applicator (40) comprising a network of zones (42) having corrective composition-releasing properties, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) obtained being linked to the arrangement of the said zones (42) on the application surface (41), the said zones (42) present on the application surface (41) of the applicator especially consisting of a network of reliefs and/or holes and/or regions with distinct physicochemical properties, and/or b) the applicator being brought into contact in a spatially non-uniform manner with the surface to be made up, especially the foundation (1), so as to obtain the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) of corrective composition. 20. Process according to any one of Claims 13 to 16, the corrective composition being sprayed onto the surface to be made up, especially onto the foundation deposit (1), so as to obtain the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2), the process especially using spraying by means of an inkjet printer and/or especially comprising, for example before step b), a step of placing a screen (50) bearing holes against the deposit of foundation composition (1) and an applicator (60), especially a sprayer, spraying the corrective composition through the said screen (50), especially during step b), the discontinuous deposit (20) obtained being linked to the arrangement of the holes (52) in the said screen (50). 21. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the pattern created reproducing the appearance of skin texture. 22. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 20, the pattern created reproducing the appearance of freckles. 23. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the pattern created being different from a pattern of a beauty spot. 24. Process according to any one of the preceding claims, the pattern created not being created by a light interference phenomenon. 25. Kit (80), especially for performing the process according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising: a) a foundation composition (1), and b) a corrective composition (81), the corrective composition (81) preferably being coloured and particularly preferably comprising a red dye, and c) an applicator (40) for the application of the said corrective composition (81) onto a surface to be made up, especially onto a deposit of the foundation composition (1), and d) optionally, a screen (50) with holes, the applicator (40) comprising an application surface (41) comprising a network of zones (42) having corrective composition-releasing properties, which is configured to form, during application onto the surface to be made up, especially the foundation composition (1), a pattern that reproduces the appearance of skin colour and/or relief heterogeneities, and/or the applicator (60) making it possible to spray the corrective composition so as to form the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2), and/or the arrangement of the holes (52) in the said screen (50) being linked to a pattern that reproduces the appearance of the skin colour and/or relief heterogeneities to be obtained. 26. Kit (80), especially for performing the process according to any one of claims 1 to 24, comprising: a) a foundation composition (1), and b) a corrective composition (81), the corrective composition comprising visible substances (4) that give it an inhomogeneous appearance, the said visible substances (4) preferably being coloured fibres. 27. Process for making up the skin (P), comprising the steps consisting in: a) applying a foundation composition (1) to the skin (P), and b) locally removing and/or moving the foundation (1) applied in step a) so as to create a pattern reproducing the appearance of skin relief and/or colour heterogeneities. 28. Process according to Claim 27, the foundation (1) being, during step b) taken up locally by being placed in contact with an adhesive surface. 29. Process according to either of Claims 27 and 28, the foundation (1) being, during step b), removed by being placed in contact with a surface that has a plurality of regions with different physicochemical properties. 30. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 29, the foundation (1) being, during step b), taken up by suction. 31. Process according to the preceding claim, a suction surface (50) bearing holes being placed close to, especially in contact with, the foundation deposit (1), and the foundation (1) being, during step b), taken up by suction through the said holes (52). 32. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 31, the foundation (1) being, during step b), moved by being placed in contact with a plurality of reliefs borne by the surface of a tool. 33. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 32, the foundation (1) being, during step b), taken up by spraying material (211). 34. Process according to the preceding claim, the foundation (1) being moved by a flow of gas, especially by spraying with compressed air. 35. Process according to Claim 33, the foundation (1) being moved by spraying with a pulverulent composition (211) and/or by spraying with a liquid. 36. Process according to the preceding claim, a solvent that is capable of dissolving the foundation composition being sprayed. 37. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 36, the foundation (1) being, during step b), moved by applying an electromagnetic field, the foundation preferably comprising particles of non-zero magnetic susceptibility, and a magnetic field being applied close to the foundation deposit so as to move these particles. 38. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 37, the removal and/or movement of the foundation performed in step b) resulting in the production of a free surface (S) of the foundation deposit (1) comprising reliefs such as hollows and/or bumps. 39. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 38, a coat (1 10) of coloured makeup composition having been applied to the skin (P) before applying the foundation composition (1), and the foundation composition (1) being applied onto all or part of this coat (110) during step a). 40. Process according to the preceding claim, the removals and/or movements performed during step b) making it possible locally to modify the coverage, especially the thickness (e), of the foundation coat (1) so as to modify the appearance of the made-up surface due to the presence of the underlying coat (110) of coloured makeup. 41. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 40, the removal and/or movement of the foundation performed during step b) making it possible to form a discontinuous network (20) of islets (2) that locally modifies the appearance of the makeup so as to create the pattern that reproduces the appearance of skin relief and/or colour heterogeneities. 42. Process according to the preceding claim, the discontinuous deposit (20) of islets (2) having all or some of the following characteristics: a) the islets having a mean size of between 0.05 mm and 3 mm, preferably between 0.1 mm and 1.5 mm and particularly preferably between 0.3 mm and 0.9 mm, and/or b) the mean distance separating two adjacent islets being between 0.25 mm and 20 mm, preferably between 0.5 mm and 5 mm and preferably between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm, and/or c) the discontinuous network comprising at least 5, preferably at least 10, preferably at least 30 and particularly preferably at least 100 islets. 43. Process according to either of the two preceding claims, the discontinuous deposit (20) comprising islets that are touching and islets that are separate. 44. Process according to any one of Claims 27 to 43, the removal and/or movement of the foundation being performed by a device (40) comprising a surface (41) that comes into contact with the deposit of foundation composition (1), and: a) the device (40) comprising an assembly of zones (42) for removing and/or moving the foundation (1), the pattern, and especially the discontinuous network (20), obtained being linked to the arrangement of the said zones (42) on the surface (41), the said zones (42) present on the surface (41) of the device (40) especially consisting of a set of elements having distinct foundation composition-retaining properties and/or of holes through which the foundation is drawn and/or of reliefs for locally moving the foundation, and/or b) the device (40) being placed in contact in a spatially non-uniform manner with the foundation (1) so as to obtain the pattern, and especially the discontinuous network (20) of islets (2). 45. Process according to any one of Claims 33 to 44, the foundation being moved by spraying material so as to obtain the pattern, and especially the discontinuous network (20) of islets (2), the process comprising, before the spraying of material, a step of placing a screen (50) bearing holes against the deposit of foundation composition (1), and a spraying system (210) spraying the material through the said screen (50), the pattern, and especially the discontinuous network (20) of islets (2), obtained being linked to the arrangement of the holes (52) in the said screen (50). 46. Process according to any one of claims 27 to 45, the pattern created reproducing the appearance of skin texture. 47. Process according to any one of claims 27 to 45, the pattern created reproducing the appearance of freckles. 48. Process according to any one of claims 27 to 47, the pattern created being different from a pattern of a beauty spot. 49. Process according to any one of claims 27 to 48, the pattern created not being created by a light interference phenomenon. 50. Kit (80), especially for performing the process according to any one of Claims 27 to 49, comprising: a) a foundation composition (1), and b) a device (40) for locally removing and/or moving foundation (1) deposited on the skin, and c) optionally, a screen (50) with holes, and d) optionally, a system (210) for spraying material, the device (40) comprising a surface (41) comprising a network of zones (42) for removing and/or moving foundation (1) so as to form a pattern that reproduces the appearance of skin colour and/or relief heterogeneities, and/or the spraying system (210) for spraying material (211) onto the foundation (1) so as locally to remove the foundation and to form the said pattern, and/or the arrangement of the holes (52) in the said screen (50) being linked to a pattern that reproduces the appearance of the skin colour and/or relief heterogeneities to be obtained. 51. Cosmetic device (40) having a peripheral surface (41) comprising islets (42; 120) arranged non-uniformly in a surrounding surface, the said islets (42; 120) each having a largest dimension of at least 0.8 mm and having a shape and/or properties for taking up and/or releasing a product present on the skin or to be applied thereto that are different from the shape and/or properties of the surrounding surface, so as to lead to the creation on the skin of a pattern whose appearance is linked to the arrangement of the islets (42; 120) on the surface. 52. Device (40) according to Claim 51, the islets (42; 120) being in relief and protruding relative to the surrounding surface. 53. Device (40) according to either one of Claims 51 and 52, the islets (42; 120) having physicochemical properties different from those of the surrounding surface, the said islets (42; 120) preferably having properties for capturing and/or releasing a product present on the skin or to be applied thereto that are different from the shape and/or properties of the surrounding surface. 54. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 53, the islets (42) being defined with the aid of pins (42) that can be moved relative to the surrounding surface, the said movable pins (42) being defined in particular by electrically driven actuators. 55. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 53, the islets being defined by grains of a product that can be transferred to the skin. 56. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 54, the islets being defined by a liquid. 57. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 56, comprising islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension greater than or equal to 2 mm, in particular greater than or equal to 3 mm. 58. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 57, comprising at the same time islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension between 0.8 and 2 mm, islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension greater than 2 mm and less than or equal to 3 mm and islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension greater than 3 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. 59. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 58, the number of islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension between 0.8 and 2 mm being greater than the number of islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension greater than 2 mm and less than or equal to 3 mm and greater than the number of islets (42; 120) having a largest dimension greater than 3 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. 60. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 59, comprising islets (42; 120) of circular contour. 61. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 60, comprising islets (42; 120) that are touching and islets (42; 120) that are separate. 62. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 61, comprising islets (42; 120) of non-circular contour. 63. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 60 to 62, comprising islets (42; 120) of circular contour in a number greater than that of the islets (42; 120) of non-circular contour. 64. Device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 63, comprising adjacent islets (42; 120), the spacing (d) between which is greater than or equal to 2 mm. 65. Assembly (80) comprising a device (40) as defined in any one of Claims 51 to 64 and a makeup product (1) intended to be applied to the skin (P) by means of the said device (40). 66. Kit (80) comprising a device (40) as defined in any one of Claims 51 to 64 and a master surface for creating islets on the surface, especially a master surface having some zones loaded with product and others without product. 67. Process for making up the skin (P), comprising a step of moving and/or taking up a product present on the skin (P) and/or a step of applying a product to the skin (P) by means of a device (40) according to any one of Claims 51 to 64, for creating visible zones (2) whose distribution corresponds to that of the islets (42; 120) on the peripheral surface (41). 68. Process according to the preceding claim, the visible zones (2) being created by application of a product to the skin (P), the said product preferably comprising a red dye. 69. Process according to Claim 67, the visible zones (2) being created by removal of product on the skin (P). 70. Process according to any one of Claims 67 to 69, comprising the prior application to the skin (P) of a foundation (1), the visible zones (2) being created on the deposit of foundation (1). 71. Process according to any one of Claims 67 to 70, the treatment using the device (40) being performed without sliding of the peripheral surface (41) over the optionally made-up skin (P), preferably by rolling the peripheral surface (41) over the optionally made-up skin (P). 72. Process according to any one of Claims 67 to 70, a discontinuous network (20) of visible zones (2) being created.
