PURPOSE:To obtain a cylindrical multi-layer ice cream easily, by attaching a raw material solution to a core member to form a layer, solidifying it under cooling, repeating these operations. CONSTITUTION:The transfer device 2 equipped detachably with core bars is set in a loop state, the immersion tank 3 for a raw material solution and the spray nozzle 4 for the raw material solution are set in given intervals in the vicinity of the transfer device 2. The transfer device 2 before and behind the immersion tank 3 for the raw material solution and the spray nozzle 4 for the raw material are all introduced into the cooling chamber 5, the first raw material solution is attached to the surface of core bars and the layers are formed, they are solidified under cooling. The second raw material solution is attached to the surface of the layers, solidified under cooling, and these operations are repeated to give cylindrical multi-layer ice cream.

環状に設置された芯棒移動装置に近接して原料層着装置を所定間隔で臨ませると共に、前記移動装置には少くとも原料層着装置付近において芯棒回転装置を付設し、前記各原料層着装置間の前記移動装置を冷却室内へ導いたことを特徴とした円筒状多層氷菓の製造装置。
