A heat exchanger structure 100 comprising an additively manufactured header 101 defining a plurality of fluid channels and an opening 101a; and a corrugated core 107 defining a flow channel and having a wall thickness of less than or equal to 0.004 inches (0.1 mm), wherein the flow channels are disposed in fluid communication with the plurality of fluid channels. Preferably, the corrugated core is non-additively manufactured.
