摘要:
A sports shoe (28) comprising: an ultra-violet curable microlattice structure (12); a second material (50); and a transition between the ultra-violet curable microlattice structure (12) and the second material (50), the transition comprising: a transition zone in which the ultra-violet curable microlattice structure (12) and the second material (50) are arranged end to end; a bottom layer (12a) and a top layer (12b) surrounding the microlattice structure (12) and the second material (50); wherein the bottom layer (12a) and the top layer (12b) are configured to overlap the transition zone.
权利要求:
2. The sports shoe (28) of claim 1, wherein the bottom layer (12a) and the top layer (12b) include bonding flanges or bonding films.
3. The sports shoe (28) of claims 1 or 2, further comprising a vamp (22) that comprises the ultra-violet curable microlattice structure (12).
4. The sports shoe (28) of claims 1 to 3, wherein the ultra-violet curable microlattice structure (12) comprises a plurality of regions such that each region comprises a different density.
5. The sports shoe (28) of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least a portion of the top layer (12b) is incorporated into an upper (18) of the sports shoe.
