A shoe sole comprising a shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O), the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) including a three-dimensional structure (S) composed of a unit structure (U) repeatedly, regularly and continuously arranged in at least one direction, the unit structure (U) being a three-dimensional shape formed by a wall (10) having an external shape defined by a pair of curved surfaces, the three-dimensional structure (S) being composed of a triply periodic minimal surface with a thickness added thereto, and having a meandering portion (11) which is a portion presenting a cross-sectional shape extending in a meandering manner when the three-dimensional structure (S) is cut along at least a specific plane, the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) further including a reinforcement portion to reinforce a turning point (12) of the meandering portion (11). 2. The shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcement portion is configured by an additional member (20) disposed to traverse an internal corner portion (13) of the turning point (12). 3. The shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcement portion is configured by an additional thickness portion (15, 15') provided at an internal corner portion (13) of the turning point (12) to make the turning point (12) larger in thickness than another portion. 4. The shoe sole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the three-dimensional structure (S) has a Schwarz' P structure or a gyroid structure. 5. The shoe sole according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) is formed of either a resin material or a rubber material. 6. The shoe sole according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) is disposed such that an axial direction in which the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) exhibits a shock absorbing function as the shock absorber (1N, 1N1, 1N2, 1O) receives a load is orthogonal to a tread (112a). 7. A shoe comprising: a shoe sole (110H) according to claim 1 to 6; and an upper (120) provided above the shoe sole.
