A head support (1) comprising: a foldable longitudinal middle section (10), configured to be folded between different user positions; and a first supporting section (20) connected to a first distal extremity (101) of the middle section (10), the first supporting section (20) comprising a foldable flat surface palm section (210) connected to the first distal extremity (101) of the middle section (10), at least two foldable longitudinal finger sections (220) extending from a distal extremity (201) of the flat surface palm section (210), and a foldable longitudinal thumb section (230) extending from a lateral side (204) of the foldable flat palm surface (210), the head support (1) being characterized in that each of the middle section (10) and the foldable flat surface palm section (210) comprises at least two foldable longitudinal rods (11), and that each of the at least two foldable longitudinal finger sections (220) comprises at least one foldable longitudinal rod (23) attached to and extending from each of the at least two foldable longitudinal rods (11) of the foldable flat surface palm section (210).
2. The head support (1) of claim 1, further comprising: a second supporting section (20) connected to a second distal extremity (102) of the middle section (10), the second supporting section (20) comprising a foldable flat surface palm section (210) connected to the second distal extremity (102) of the middle section (10), at least two foldable longitudinal finger sections (220) extending from a distal extremity (202) of the flat surface palm section (210), and a foldable longitudinal thumb section (230) extending from a lateral side (204) of the foldable flat palm surface (210).
3. The head support (1) of claim 1 or 2, wherein the middle section (10) further comprises at least one connector (12) configured for keeping the longitudinal rods (11) of such middle section (10) at a set distance from one another.
4. The head support (1) of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the foldable flat surface palm section (210) further comprises at least one connector (16) configured for keeping the longitudinal rods (11) of such foldable flat surface palm section (210) at a set distance from one another.
5. The head support (1) of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the supporting section (20) further comprises a third foldable longitudinal finger section (220) extending from a distal extremity (201) of the flat surface palm section (210).
6. The head support (1) of claim 5, the head support (1) being characterized in that each of the middle section (10) and the foldable flat surface palm section (210) comprises a third foldable longitudinal rod (11).

The head support (1) of claim 6, the head support (1) being characterized in that the third foldable longitudinal finger section (220) comprises at least one foldable longitudinal rod (23) attached to and extending from the third foldable longitudinal rod (11) of the foldable flat surface palm section (210).

The head support (1) of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the foldable longitudinal thumb section (230) comprises at least one foldable longitudinal rod (23) attached substantially perpendicular to at least two of the foldable longitudinal rods (11) of the foldable flat surface palm section (210).
9. The head support (1) of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the longitudinal rods (11) extend through a malleable material.
10. A method for supporting a head of a user, the method comprising the steps of: providing a head support (1) according to claim 1, comprising a foldable longitudinal middle section (10), and a supporting section (20) connected to each distal extremity (101, 102) of the middle section (10), each supporting section (20) comprising a foldable flat surface palm section (210) connected to each distal extremity (101, 102) of the middle section (10), at least two foldable longitudinal finger sections (220) extending from a distal extremity (201, 202) of the flat surface palm section (210), and a foldable longitudinal thumb section (230) extending from a lateral side (204) of the foldable flat palm surface (210); deforming the middle section (10) and folding one supporting section (20) of the head support (1) around a body of the user; placing another supporting section (20) of the head support (1) around the head of the user.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein each of the two supporting sections (20) further comprises a third foldable longitudinal finger section (230) extending from a distal extremity (201, 202) of the flat surface palm section (210).
