摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for interconnecting components of a sporting good, in particular a sports shoe, a sports shoe manufactured with such a method as well as an apparatus for performing such method. In one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of (a.) providing a pattern element having at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion, (b.) irradiating at least one of the first and the second component via the pattern element with heat radiation and (c.) interconnecting the irradiated first and second component.
技术问题语段:
The technical problem addressed in this patent is the need for improved methods and apparatuses for interconnecting components of sporting goods, particularly plastic components, that can account for different material properties and geometries of the components and reduce the labor intensity of the process.
技术功效语段:
The invention is a new way to connect parts of a sports shoe called the upper and sole. In the past, they were simply heated up to bring them together, but this new method uses a pattern element with removable non-seeing parts. These parts absorb or reflect the heat energy, allowing only certain areas of the components to be bonded together. This prevents distortion of the surfaces and allows for faster and more precise activation of the components. The non-seeing parts can be powder, granulate, liquid with or without solid particles, or an emulsion, and their optical properties can be changed to optimize the process.
权利要求:
1. Method (100) for interconnecting a first (230) and a second (240) component of a sport shoe comprising one or more of the following: a sole unit (240), a midsole, an outsole, an outsole element, a sole plate, a shoe upper (230), a functional element, comprising the following steps: a. providing (110) a pattern element (210) having at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220); b. irradiating (120) at least one of the first (230) and the second (240) component via the pattern element (210) with heat radiation; and c. interconnecting (130) the irradiated first (230) and second (240) component; d. wherein the first component and / or the second component comprise a foamed or expanded material; and e. wherein the heat radiation is provided by an infrared radiation, IR-radiation, originating from at least one IR-radiation source (250).
2. Method (100) according to the preceding claim, further comprising at least one of the following steps: f. depositing (112) the at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220) onto the pattern element (210); g. removing (140) the at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220) from the pattern element (210).
3. Method (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein step d. (112) is carried out by at least one of the following methods: an additive manufacturing method, an inkjet printing method or a laser printer and / or toner method.
4. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the pattern element (210) comprises a thickness from 0.1 mm to 6 cm, preferably from 0.5 mm to 2 mm.
5. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the pattern element (210) comprises an essentially transparent plate, in particular a glass plate being at least partially transparent for the used heat radiation.
6. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the pattern element (210) comprises a mirror.
7. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one removable at least partially removable non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220) comprises a plurality of layers, preferably forming at least one 3D shape.
8. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220) comprises at least two materials having different values for transmissivity or reflectivity.
9. Method (100) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one removable at least partially non-transparent or non-reflective portion (220) comprises one material having at least two sections with different values for transmissivity or reflectivity.
10. Method (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein the at least two sections comprise different thicknesses.
11. Method (100) according to one of the claims 9 or 10, wherein the at least two sections comprise different material densities.
12. Sports shoe manufactured with a method according to one of the preceding claims.
