A blender system for blending foodstuff, the blender system comprising a blender container (200), a lid operatively attachable to a top portion of the blender container (200), and an attachment member (100) operatively attached to a portion of the blender container (200) opposite the lid, characterized in that the attachment member (100) comprises: a body (120) comprising at least one identification tag (310), wherein the body (120) supports an identification tag (310) of the at least one identification tag (310) and an annular track member (112) operatively supports a loop antenna of the identification tag (310) and wherein the identification tag (310) comprises a radio frequency identification device. 2. The blender system of claim 1, further comprising: a receiver device that includes at least one transmitter, a transmitter of the at least one transmitter operatively initiating transmission of a signal to the identification tag (310). 3. The blender system of claim 2, wherein the identification tag (310) generates, in response to receiving the signal, a response signal comprising data associated with at least one of a characteristic or an identity of the blender container. 4. The blender system of claim 1, wherein the identification tag (310) stores data associated with at least one of a characteristic or an identity of the blender container and the characteristic comprises at least one of a history of use, make or model, volumetric capacity, weight, or identifier. 5. The blender system of claim 1, wherein the receiver device comprises at least one of a blender base, a scale, or a mobile device. 6. The blender system of claim 1, wherein the body (120) comprises an alignment post operatively aligning the body (120) with the blender container (200). 7. The blender system of claim 1, wherein the attachment member (100) operatively attaches to at least one of a retainer nut (240) of the blender container, apron (202) of the blender container, or a handle (556) of the blender container. 8. The blender system of claim 1, further comprising a blender base that includes a transmitting and receiving device operatively communicating with the at least one attachment member (100). 9. The blender system of claim 8, wherein the blender base determines whether at least one of the lid or blender container (200) are compatible with the blender base or determines whether at least one of the lid or blender container (200) are operatively interlocked with the blender base.
