摘要:
A protective article is disclosed comprising a sheet with a first surface, and at least one adhesive portion arranged on the first surface. The adhesive is a water-based adhesive, such as a water-based acrylic adhesive, that allows the sheet to be non-permanently adhered to an object. The adhesive may be sprayed, rolled, printed, or stamped onto the first surface.
技术问题语段:
The technical problem addressed in this patent is the need for a protective article that can be easily and removably adhered to objects to protect them from damage or tarnishment, without adding extra cost or complexity to the manufacturing process. Existing solutions such as double-sided sticky tape or removable covers have limitations such as requiring dexterity or adding waste. The invention provides a water-based adhesive that is safe, easy to handle, and can be applied by spraying.
技术功效语段:
The use of a water-based adhesive has several advantages during the manufacturing and use of protective articles. Water-based adhesives are safe for users as they are not harmful or irritating to the skin. Additionally, water-based adhesives do not pose a risk of causing damage or irritation if they are accidentally licked or eaten by a person or animal. The drying process of the adhesive can be controlled using a heat source, such as an IR lamp. This allows for faster drying of the adhesive to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
