Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin funktionalisierte Holzwerkstoffplatten, die eine Trägerplatte (5), einen Gegenzug (6), wenigstens eine Funktionsschicht (4), wenigstens eine Dekorschicht (3) und wenigstens eine Schutzschicht (1) umfassen, wobei die Funktionsschicht beispielsweise ausgeführt sein kann als ein Latentwärmespeicher, eine Fussbodenheizung, eine Beleuchtung auf Basis von Elektrolumineszenz, als Einbruchssensor, Unfall- oder Feuermelder. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin flächige Bodenbeläge, Wand- und Deckenverkleidungen, die die funktionalisierten Holzwerkstoffplatten umfassen.

1. Process for the production of functional layers on wood-composite boards, in particular wood-fibre-composite boards, comprising the steps of: a) application of a basecoat to the wood-composite boards, b) optionally application of a pigmented basecoat to the wood-composite boards, c) application of at least one first functional layer (4) to the wood-composite boards by means of a 3D printer, d) application of at least one decorative layer (3) to the at least one first functional layer (4) by means of an analogue printer, digital printer and/or 3D printer, e) optionally application of at least one further functional layer (2) by means of a 3D printer to the decorative layer (3), f) application of at least one protective layer (1) a) comprising at least one resin, or b) at least one radiation-curable lacquer and/or c) at least one polyurethane to the decorative layer (3); and g) a) incipient drying and/or b) incipient gelling of the protective layer (1) applied on the decorative layer (3); and optionally h) production of a structure in the surface of the protective layer (1) a) via action of heat and pressure in a press, b) by use of a structuring roll and full hardening of the lacquer where the at least one first functional layer (4) and/or the at least one further functional layer (2) are selected from - a latent heat accumulator with phase-change materials, - a floor-heating system based on a resistance-heating system, - an illumination system based on electroluminescence, e.g. luminophores comprising zinc sulphide, - a burglary sensor based on piezoelectric elements, or - a system for appropriate adjustment of colour, based on thermochromic pigments, - an accident/burglary alarm based on piezochromic pigments, or - a fire alarm based on resistance change; and where the functional layers comprise no reinforcing ply. 2. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that the at least one first functional layer (4) and the at least one further functional layer (2) have the same function or different functions. 3. Process according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that in step a) a basecoat layer comprising at least one resin and/or comprising at least one lacquer is applied to that side of the wood-composite board that is to be printed and then is incipiently dried and/or incipiently cured. 4. Process according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that in step b) at least one layer of a pigmented basecoat is applied to that side of the wood-composite board that is to be printed. 5. Process according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a water-based, UV-based or solvent-based digital printing ink is used for the application of the at least one first functional layer (4) in step c) and/or of the at least one decorative layer (3) in step d) and/or of the least one further functional layer (2) in step e). 6. Process according to any of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the materials required for the function in the at least one functional layer (4) and/or in the at least one further functional layer (2) have been incorporated in a printable liquid. 7. Process according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, according to step f) a), at least one protective layer (1) is applied to the decorative layer (3) of the wood-composite board and comprises at least one water-compatible resin, preferably a formaldehyde-containing resin, or with particular preference melamine-formaldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin and/or melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin. 8. Process according to any of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the at least one protective layer (1) to be applied to the decorative layer (3) of the wood-composite board comprises, according to step f) b), at least one radiation-curable lacquer selected from the group of the acrylates, modified acrylates and/or epoxides or comprises, according to step f) c), at least one polyurethane selected from the group comprising aliphatic urethanes or a mixture of at least one radiation-curable lacquer and of at least one polyurethane. 9. Process according to any of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that, after the printing according to step d), a plurality of protective layers of a water-compatible resin are applied according to step f) a) to the decorative layer (3) of the wood-composite board, where the process moreover comprises the steps of: - application of a first resin layer which comprises abrasion-resistant particles, - drying of the first resin layer to a residual moisture content of from 5% to 7%, and/or - application of a second resin layer which comprises fibres, - drying of the second resin layer to a residual moisture content of from 5% to 7%, and/or - application of an at least third resin layer which comprises glass particles, - drying of the third resin layer to a residual moisture content of from 5% to 7%, and - pressing of the layer structure with exposure to pressure and heat in a short-cycle press to form a laminate; where the pressing of the layer structure in the short-cycle press optionally takes place with simultaneous formation of a structure preferably appropriate to the decorative effect of the wood-composite board, at least on the upper side of the laminate. 10. Process according to any of the preceding claims, moreover comprising the steps of: - production of small-format elements, for example panels, from the wood-composite boards, and - by means of an analogue printer, digital printer or 3D printer, application of contact sites for the connection of the individual elements to one another and/or for linking to available control systems. 11. Device for the conduct of the process for the production of functional layers on wood-composite boards according to any of Claims 1 to 10, comprising at least one printing line with at least one 3D printer for the printing of at least one side of the carrier material by means of a 3D printing technique with formation of at least one functional layer (4) and comprising at least one analogue printer, digital printer or 3D printer for the printing of at least one side of the carrier material by means of screen printing, indirect gravure printing, or a digital and/or 3D printing technique with formation of at least one decorative layer (3).
