A device comprising: a base layer (20) of non-woven material; a wipe layer (15) attached to the base layer (20) to define an interior space (40) between the wipe and base layers (15,20); a first substance blister (70) positioned within the interior space (40), and a second substance blister (75) positioned within the interior space, the blisters (70,75) each being burstable to release fluid therein; characterised in that the wipe layer (15) comprises a non-woven fabric, in that the first substance blister (70) includes a first substance, in that the second substance blister (75) includes a second substance and in further comprising; a first indication corresponding to the first substance blister (70); and a second indication corresponding to the second substance blister (75); wherein the first and second indications are printed on the wipe or base layers (15,20).
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the first and second indications are the shapes of the first and second substance blisters (70,75).
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the first and second indications are the relative sizes of the first and second substance blisters (70,75).
4. The device of claim 1, wherein the first and second indications are colors.
5. The device of claim 1, further comprising a third substance blister (70,75) including the first substance and a third indication corresponding to the third substance blister (70,75), wherein the third indication is the same as the first indication.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein the first substance is an application substance, wherein the second substance is a reaction substance, and wherein the application and reaction substances react with each other when the first and second substance blisters are both burst.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the application substance is an acid, and wherein the reaction substance is a base.
8. The device of claim 6, wherein the application substance is a bleaching compound, and wherein the reaction substance is a bleach activator; or wherein the application substance is a bleaching compound, and wherein the reaction substance is a pH-adjusting agent.

The device of claim 6, wherein the application substance is a first epoxy reactant, wherein the reaction substance is a second epoxy reactant, and wherein the first and second epoxy reactants, when combined, form an epoxy; or wherein the application substance is a first precipitation reactant, wherein the reaction substance is a second precipitation reactant, and wherein the first and second precipitation reactants, when combined, form a precipitant.
10. The device of claim 6, wherein the application and reaction substances are complementary.
11. The device of claim 1, wherein a plurality of blisters (50,70,75) including the first blister (70) and the second blister (75) are positioned within the interior space, each blister having a blister volume, wherein the sum of the blister volumes is a total blister volume.
12. The device of claim 1 or 11 wherein the indication is indicating the ratio of the blister volume of that single blister (50,70,75) or the sum of the blister volumes of that group of blisters to the total blister volume wherein, optionally, the ratio is indicated by the shape of the blisters.
13. The device of claim 1, further comprising a barrier layer interposed between the wipe layer (15) and the base layer (20).
14. The device of claim 1, wherein the device is a wipe.
15. The device of claim 1, wherein the wipe layer (15) and the base layer (20) are two portions of the same piece of material.
